Dehisced TPLO Incision

History: Casey, an 8-year-old, FS Labrador mix, presented after TPLO surgery with 2 protruding staples and approximately 1 inch of dehisced incision. The dog was prescribed antibiotics, but the client had been noncompliant with administration.

Clinical Outcome with KeraVet Gel: KeraVet Gel was applied 3 times daily. At the staple removal recheck, the incision had healed well with healthy granulation tissue.
